We are a holistic wellness practice rooted in the foothills of Northern Colorado, where nature, sound, and the body’s innate wisdom meet. Our work is guided by a simple truth: healing happens when we stop forcing and start surrendering.

Patty’s work is rooted in the belief that we each carry an inner wisdom that can reveal itself when we create space to listen. With a background in wellness education, sound healing, Rossiter Stretching, and guided past life regression, she guides individuals into experiences designed to quiet the mind, soften the body, and open something deeper. Through the healing resonance of the gongs, meditation, and intentional practice, she supports others in reconnecting with themselves, their intuition, and the profound connection between body, nature, and spirit.

Andrew brings decades of immersion in music as a guitarist and mandolin player, with a deep respect for sound, rhythm, and expression. Deeply attuned to the mystical and committed to intentional living, he found in the gong the most personally resonant instrument he has ever encountered, a profound medium for accessing heart, essence, and inner truth.

Together, Patty and Andrew bring multiple large, handcrafted gongs into intentional space, weaving layers of resonance that move through the body, quiet the mind, and open something deeper.  Their offerings are immersive sound experiences designed to restore your nervous system, release what your body has been holding, and return you to yourself.

They are honored to return and bring this work to Estes Park, where the Rockies themselves become part of the medicine.
