Events of the past cannot be changed but we can change our relationship to those events.
This gently guided meditation is designed to help you reclaim your energy that may be stuck in emotionally charged past events, so that you can better utilize it for the present moment and to manifest a freer and more flexible future.
It is recommended that you use this meditation on a weekly basis to obtain maximum benefits.
Those suffering from nightmares or bad dreams may use this meditation prior to sleep to enhance their dreaming experience.
Forgiveness
Forgiving others for saying or doing or not doing things that cause us anger and hurt can be quite difficult, especially when we consider ourselves to be spiritual beings. Not being able to forgive not only maintains our anger and suffering but can also add uncomfortable guilt to our life experience. This exercise is designed to help us gently recognize and release those emotions, and to recognize that the main beneficiary of forgiveness is not others but ourselves.
Similar to our in person sound journey, but with other specific frequencies, we will be led to a liminal twilight state of inspiration, healing and transformation. Prepare yourselves for deep meditation, visionary and creative awakening. We will move through the ocean life, to the heart of nature on land.
