Incorporating the Traditional Chinese Medicine Five Element Theory with Yin Yoga

Fall Metal Element class with Yin Yoga and AcuDetox (either acupuncture needles or non-needle ear seeds);

1. Talk about the Metal Element and go through a few supporting accu-points you can use throughout the season
2. Tune in together with some gentle breathwork (pranayama) to support the lung meridian
3. Go through some gentle movement with fascia release and a couple of yin poses to support the Metal Element
4. Sit or lay down for a twenty minute meditation with either acupuncture needle points in the ears or ear seeds, accompanied by healing frequencies and vibrations
