Walking Meditation
Weather permitting, we will be mindfully walking in nature and responding to invitations of immersion with the world around us. What can we learn? What can we hear? Feel?
If the weather is not inviting, we will have a meditation inside.
Walking meditations: These meetings are in person, once a month on Sundays and on the trails around our property, surrounded by variety of trees and meadows. Walking meditation in the forest blends mindful movement with the healing power of nature. Each step becomes an opportunity to slow down, connect with breath, and attune to the sights, sounds, and scents of the woods. This practice grounds the mind, reduces stress, and deepens your sense of presence. Surrounded by trees and natural stillness, you experience clarity, calmness, and a gentle re-connection with the Earth.
