We will be listening and experiencing two mediation: first appropriately to the time it will be unique “1221 Solstice Shadow” – it will be an immersive soundscape powered by the latest generation of Monroe Sound Science and 3D Spacial audio. It will invite you to step into the stillness of the winter solstice. This mediation is more than a soundscape, it is an invitation to transcend. The second one will be “Forgiveness” meditation. Not being able to forgive not only maintains anger and suffering but can also add uncomfortable guilt. This exercise is designed to release those emotions and helps you move into the New Year with lighter energy.
