Guidelines for successful meditation practice

It is very important to us that everyone feels comfortable and safe. For that reason, it is necessary we follow the guidelines below:

– We honor confidentiality – our purpose is to provide a place where each member feels confident and safe in expressing feelings, thoughts and experiences, knowing that what it is shared will not be taken outside of the group.
– We encourage each person to interpret their own experiences – we respect the right of everyone to discover the meaning of a particular message, symbol, experience or feeling they may perceive in each exercise for themselves.
– We remain non-judgmental – we understand that we cannot say what is right or wrong for any individual. We agree to gather in complete support and understanding without judgment.
– We agree to respect each other – respect is the utmost value for every point of view or opinion, in sharing and listening without interrupting.

What to bring to the meeting?
– Comfortable clothing
– Eye covering if you prefer your own
– Open mind, positive attitude and willingness to explore
