The Soul’s Compass: The Power of Mystics, Artists and the Cosmos

The Soul’s Compass is an invitation into the contemplative, relational work of coming home to yourself — through the language of mystics, artists, and the cosmos.

Over four Monday evenings, we’ll move through the astrological landscape — Sun, Moon, Rising, Saturn and Pluto — not as abstract symbols, but as lived thresholds of identity, intuition, embodiment, and transformation. Elizabeth weaves mystical wisdom, artistic expression, and contemplative practice into teaching that doesn’t just inform — it transmits. You won’t just think differently. You’ll remember something you already knew.

This is an introduction to the deeper work that unfolds in Inner Alchemy of Wisdom — but it stands beautifully on its own. Come for one evening or all four. Bring your questions, your curiosity, and your willingness to practice.

The Sessions: 

Session 2 — Moon: Soul & Intuition · April 6 
The Moon holds your inner landscape — your emotional wisdom, your cycles, the parts of you that know before you know. Drawing on feminine wisdom traditions and the artists who have worked with shadow and the unseen, we’ll tend to the soul’s quieter knowing.

Session 3 — Rising: Embodiment & Becoming · May 4 
Your Rising sign is how you meet the world — and how the world meets you. It is the body’s wisdom, the threshold between inner and outer. Through contemplative practice and the witness of artists who bring inner vision into form, we’ll explore what it means to be fully present in your own becoming.

Session 4 — Saturn & Pluto: Transformation & Integration · June 8 
The deepest teachers are often the hardest. Saturn asks for structure, discipline, and earned authority. Pluto asks for nothing less than death and rebirth. Through the dark night wisdom of the mystics and the artists who have created from the depths, we’ll meet these thresholds as invitations rather than ordeals.

Get to know Elizabeth:
Elizabeth Lightfoot Jameson is a spiritual teacher, contemplative guide, ordained priest, and author whose work lives at the intersection of mystical wisdom, the heroine’s journey, and the deep knowing that comes through suffering and transformation.

For nearly thirty years, Elizabeth has guided people through the thresholds that matter most — grief, rupture, awakening, and the slow work of becoming more fully themselves. She draws from Aramaic wisdom traditions, mystical Christianity, contemplative practice, astrology, dreams, and the creative arts, weaving them into teaching that transmits as much as it instructs. People don’t just learn in her presence — they remember something they already knew.

Her work is grounded in her own journey: the death of her child Bee, a traumatic brain injury, the unraveling and reweaving of identity across decades. She teaches from the inside of what she knows — not despite the hard places, but through them.

Elizabeth lives and teaches in Estes Park, Colorado. She is the creator of Inner Alchemy of Wisdom, host of The Remembering Way podcast, and author of the Substack publication Broken Open. The Soul’s Compass series is an invitation into the contemplative, relational work that has shaped her life and her teaching for thirty years.
