They live within us\, guiding us\, teaching us\, and reflecting back who we are. The elements are not just around us in nature Ñ they move through our breath\, our bodies\, our emotions\, and our daily lives. When we slow down and listen\, each element becomes a teacher\, reminding us how to live in balance. This is the second class of a four-part class series where we will explore the timeless wisdom of the elements. Each class will be a sacred journey into one of the four forces of natureÑ Water\, Fire\, Earth\, and Air. This month we will explore the element of Earth\, Journey into the wisdom of the Earth Ñ the element of grounding\, nourishment\, and embodied presence. This workshop invites you to slow down\, settle into your body\, and reconnect with the steady support beneath your feet.Through grounding somatic practices\, and simple earth-based rituals\, youÕll explore what it means to feel rooted\, safe\, and centered. Earth teaches us stability\, patience\, and the power of returning to ourselves again and again.
